The participation fees per person exclude VAT (VAT 3%).

• Each presented paper must have a valid full registration. A full registration includes 2 papers.
• Early Bird fee is valid before May 23, 2024.
• Author Registration deadline: May 15, 2024.

GUEST REGISTRATION

Participants registering as guests can opt to book each item individually:

• Invitation to PEDG Opening Reception: €35 (VAT excl. 3%)
• Invitation to PEDG Banquet: €70 (VAT excl. 3%)
• One-day meal and coffee break tickets: €60 (VAT excl. 3%)

IMPORTANT NOTES

• The tutorial attendee fee is understood to be "tutorial only".
• Each paper must have a valid full registration.
• Up to two (2) papers can be linked to one full registration, and the participant must be an author on each paper.
• Student registrations, including IEEE Student Member & Non-Member (Student Delegates), are NOT valid for paper publications in the conference proceedings.
